The Inclusionary Bonus: Special Districts & Contextual Zoning

The demand for contextual districting in CD12 is straight forward, however, the environment for the type and quality of development that will aid residents to stay and build a great neighborhood is the more serious question at hand. Zoning is a proven and helpful tool. Will this be the case in Inwood/Sherman Creek?
