The demand for contextual districting in CD12 is straight forward, however, the environment for the type and quality of development that will aid residents to stay and build a great neighborhood is the more serious question at hand. Zoning is a proven and helpful tool. Will this be the case in Inwood/Sherman Creek?

The Urban Design Committee of APA Metro has prepared testimony for the City Planning Commission on the Columbia Request for zoning changes to accomodate the Campus Expansion. More on this will be found at the website above.
